Le monde aime París y nosotras también

¡Hola bichejos!

Hi little bugs! How are you guys? We have an stressed week ahead; work, work and work again. What is the worst thing? The weather decide to getting better here and we have the lucky to enjoy the sun... by the window! Hopefully spring has come to stay. Today we come with a review of our last voyage!

We were fortunate to be able to cross the border to one of the most renowned countries in the world of fashion. We all know France and not only because Paris is the city of love. We'd have stayed being an airport citizens with pleasure. We swear you. The truth is that the trip was completely crazy and although we had been preparing it for several months, the moment we stepped on French lands... nothing came out as we thought. We went on a Wednesday to Nantes, a city belongs to the well known Pays de la Loire, very close to the coast. Without speaking French and without knowing the city, we planted us in the airport with four suitcases bigger than ourselves, because you know... to make luggage is a whole religion and we are a totally disaster. We don't package out entire closet because we didn't have any physical space. After arriving at the hotel we went for a walk around, to go soaking a little piece of environment and activate that GPS that we all supposedly have, survival instinct says... Nop! If I had let Lynn takes the maps, we'd have ended up at the other end of town.

The first thing in caught our attention in Nantes was the way of life that citizens have, cars and traffic practically doesn't exist because all looks like a Spanish serie called "Blue Summer", live the bicycles! Besides that the schedules of the big fast food chains knocked us out the first day. You guys arrive with all your good faith to taste an hamburger for the way we have to being gossip and think "let's gonna see if taste like ours own burgers" and... surprise... to the 23:00PM all was more closed than an evicted house. The positive side about that it's if we had enjoyed our fast food we wouldn't have known Le Nid. Located on the top floor of the highest tower in Nantes, not only gives you a great design experience but also offers the best views to the city from itself terrace. The most curious thing about "Le Nid" is that as his own name indicates, the decoration theme is none other than eggs, swans and some cool cocktails.

Perfect match! Por cierto, la entrada es free total, by the face vamos, gratis gratis.

After a few days of full-time tourists, we realized that we couldn't leave the city without spending a day in Japan without moving us out. Yep little bugs, Nantes stole a small piece and planted it on the river bank. L'île de Versailles is a partly artificial river island, you can access crossing a huge bridge suspended over the Erdre. Tip! If you have dizziness you'd better cross it with your eyes closed or running, maybe both... We assure you guys, the atmosphere it's gonna steal your hearts and some sneezes if someone of you are have allergy. It has a museum for sharing a little history and inside that has a great collection of Japanese fishes besides being a perfect recreation of a traditional house. Also has waterfalls and nature. By the way! The entrance is totally free, by the face.

Another curious thing about Nantes is it has a theme park called Les Machines de L'île and for all lovers of steampunk it's a must see. It's built in the old shipyards and has a lot of mechanical sculptures simulating animals. Some of them, like the elephant, are self-propelled, so they take them for a walk around the enclosure. It's very, very fun! In addition, at night they make incredible light shows. What we liked the most? Upon entering, they have a touring carousel which reminded us a lot of the Amelie movie. Apart from these creatures that come to life, if you continue along the edge of the river, you find the most famous sculpture, a lot of hoops that also light up.
¡A amigos!
Neither can you miss the Jardin des Plantes, a wonderful corner full of shrubs trimmed in the most pure "Edward with scissors" style. Not only does it have lovely things like a huge chicken, a hill with eyes and a giant bank in which to climb and make a lot of photos but also has free animals like chickens, which certainly don't stop cackling if you are eating a snack. The Palace of Brittany, a necessary tourist spot in which in addition to enjoying the history you can laying down to rest on the lawn next to the swans or even a little above, enjoy a fountain-pool where all children refresh in summer. And those who are not so children too, because we didn't waste time to get into.
Oh! At last! A marvelous place for eating and recover forces that you can't miss: Les fils à Maman . You will suck your fingers with their hamburgers and decoration.

See you on Sunday at the same time little bugs!

¡Bienvenidos!

¡Hola bichejos!

¡Arriba la heathly life!

Esperamos veros a todos por aquí próximamente.

Hi little bugs! We are more excited than a child on his birthday! In fact... he'd look like Kristen Stewart in those vampire movies with unicorn complex... Yasss! We kick off today after several weeks working hard and dedicating all our time to the project. And you guys will be thinking: who the hell are that girls...? We know it! In first place and just because our moms educated us well af... (hi moms), we will share with all of you a little bit of our lifes.

We are Carma and Lynn, two girls from Madrid. We're twenty-something yo' absolutely in love with fashion and communication world. Both of us come from two completely different but complementary worlds. Karma is a madwoman of photography and cinema; Lynn, for her side, lost her head for computing and design. We can't resist us to a credit card, new tendencys and planes. We could add a lot of things to that, like chocolate, oreo shakes, french fries and curry. Living the heathly life!

We hope see you again guys!
